This is a great way to begin your day and to sneak in your daily veggies! The Macro Greens in this smoothie have 5 servings of fruits & veggies alone! It gives me the energy I need to push through my workouts, gives my digestive system an awesome kick start & not to mention curbs my appetite!
So here is the low down on my green goodness smoothie!
1 cup of ice (or however much ice you desire.. I like mine icy)
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup of fresh spinach
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp of all natural peanut butter
1 tbsp of organic ground flaxseed
1 scoop of Macro Greens
Blend up & Enjoy!
